INK CARTRIDGES
We are still collecting used printer ink cartridges to take to Staples for recycling. CUMC gets a $2.00 credit for every ink cartridge we recycle. This has helped offset our office supply expenses tremendously! Please consider donating your empty ink cartridges. You can put them in the little wicker basket in the hallway or bring them to the church office. Thank you!

PLEASE BE SURE TO SIGN THE “RITUAL OF FRIENDSHIP” PAD LOCATED AT THE END OF EACH PEW.

PLEASE KEEP THE OFFICE INFORMED

of anyone you would like to have put on our Prayer List.  Also, let us know when we can remove any names.  You can get a copy of the Prayer List in the rack in the hallway outside of the Sanctuary. There is also a copy posted on the bulletin board in the Prayer Room.

SPECIAL SUNDAY OFFERINGS

Next Sunday, 3/26/17, there will be a collection for the United Methodist Committee On Relief. There will be an envelope in the bulletin next Sunday for this offering. 100% of this offering will be used for food, shelter and health services.

Thank you for this support.

IT IS TIME TO ORDER YOUR EASTER PLANTS

Lilies are $9.40 each, Mums, Tulips, and Hyacinths are $8.60 each. We cannot order plants by specific colors. Please be sure to complete the order forms with all of the necessary information and put it in the offering late or send it to the church office.

IT IS VERY IMPORTANT THAT YOU MARK ON THE FORM IF THE PLANT(S) IS IN HONOR OR MEMORY OF SOMEONE AND IF YOU ARE GOING TO BE TAKING THE PLANT(S) WITH YOU AFTER THE SERVICE OR LEAVING IT FOR A SHUT-IN.

There are extra order forms on the counter outside of the sanctuary and in the office. The deadline for ordering Easter Plants is Sunday, March 26.

LENTEN BIBLE STUDY

Pastor YooJin will be leading a Lenten Bible Study on Thursdays from 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. and Sundays from 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. starting March 2 and going through April 9. The program is the same on both Thursdays and Sundays, so you can choose which session you would like to attend. There is a sign-up sheet in the hallway. Please sign up ASAP as we will be ordering books. The cost of the book is $13.00.  The theme is “The Gospel of John”. The book is “John: The Gospel of Light and Life”. ***Please note: On Sunday, March 26 only, the class will be from 3:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. not from 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.

 OUR ANNIVERSARY CHRISTMAS ORNAMENTS

are available during the week in the office. If you wish to purchase an ornament on Sundays, see LaVonne Ogilvie. They are $10.00 each.

PRAYER SHAWLS

are available in the Prayer Room (Ben’s old office) at the top of the stairs by the Connections Café. If you need one, simply pick one in a zip lock bag with a card. Please sign the book on the top of the cabinet with the date taken, who it is for, and your name.

IF YOU ARE TRAVELING

please bring in any extra toiletries you bring back with you. We use these for the layettes.

 COOKIES FOR BALDWIN
Baldwin Center is in need of a lot of cookies for the daily lunches they serve. Bring packaged or homemade cookies to church on Sundays and place them in the “cookie box” in the office hallway. We will see that they get delivered to Baldwin. Thank you!
